This book covers the proceedings of the Fifth Training Course organised by the Centre for the Study of the Philosophy of Islamic Law, affiliated to al-Furqān, in cooperation with Alexandria University’s Faculty of Law. It took place in March 2011. Among the lecturers in this training course were renowned professors in Sharīʿah and law sciences such as Dr. Mohamed Salim El-Awa, Dr. Abd al-Majid al-Najjar, Dr. Mohammad Kamal Imam, Dr. Usama al-Fuli, Dr. Muhammad Nabil Ghanaim, Dr. Ahmad al-Hindi, Dr. Jabir Abd al-Hadi al-Shafiʿi and others.
